Crossing is a photo book about the Roxham Road border crossing, where I made a dozen trips between 2018 and 2023 to photograph the many elements that intersected there as a result of its existence, published by Kehrer Verlag . Included are essays by Habib Zahori, about his experience walking into Canada, Dr. Sarah Bassnett, about documentary work in the field and by Raoul Boulakia, about the law surrounding the Roxham Road border site. The book includes 117 photographs along with interview excerpts with asylum seekers who crossed into Canada there and log notes from one of the volunteers who helped at the site.
